Searching for my muse

I am searching for my muse, Where is he or she? Something or someone must be my inspiration, but right now I am walking down the lonely road without it....

PASSWORD HELL

I've been there and believe me I don't want to go back. Who are these hackers who love to jump from site to site to find your password? I forgot mine and it took me several different tries to finally get back in here to be able to post something!!!!! One time I just left a comment because I couldn't figure it out. I have better things to do then jump from site to site following idiot instructions so I can change my password so I can access my own account!

But I'm back with a vengence!

Found Art

I'm currently working on my found Art. I have decided to try to recycle things to make my found art objects. My first project will be posey holders. My daughter worked at Bath and Body works for a couple of years and she gave me a lot of wall flower room oils. I loved the little frosted glass bottles right from the start so I saved them and hoped I would find a use for them. Luckily my friend Paula told me about Found Art so now I have a plan. I'm painting and putting beads and what nots on them, then I'm putting a hemp loop on them so they can actually be worn as a necklace or hung from the rear view mirror of your car. If you find one I hope you like it or have someone special to share it with.
July 9th was a great day A rainbow visited me and I felt as if I was being congratulated on making up my mind to embrace the artist within. It reminded me of a song.

When it rains look for the rainbow, you can watch clouds go by and be glad,
When it rains look for the rainbow , it will show up so , no need to feel bad , or be sad, you had better be glad.

Colorful greetings to one and all!

Welcome to my Imagination Celebration!

If you had a box of crayons, which color would you pick as your favorite?

Is the color the same now as when you were in the first grade?

I am what you would call a colorholic, I love colors all colors! However my all time favorite color has always been and will forever be Magenta. When I was a child I wanted to paint my room Magenta, but I ended up with a sickly white with a slight pink tinge, which reminds me of something a fairy might throw up, which I abhor to this day. If your going to be a color be a color not some middle of the road tinge!!!!!

Consequently I have been artistically stunted ever since and the world may never know what greatness may have sprouted from my soul had I been surrounded by the color of my soul. These days I lick my inner artist wounds by wearing magenta whenever I can.

My second favorite color in the box was TEAL! Not blue not green but a glorious combination of the two. When I lived in Hawaii I found the color in Kaneohe Bay and have henceforth referred to it as Kaneohe green. How I loved to look at the water there and drink in that color.

It is my humble opinion that EVERYONE should own a huge box of crayons. Businessmen, Bank clerks, Bus drivers, Waitresses, Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants, Postal workers, Everyone should take some time everyday and doodle and scribble their way to good mental health. Imagine the mass quantities of refrigerator art that would come into being! I dare you to scribble today and post it on your fridge today!!!! Better still now that school supplies will be on sale grab a few extra 25 cent boxes and give them to people, see if they smile and ask them to draw you something. Imagine the found art that might show up on the fridge at work! Start an Imagination celebration of your own!!! Let me know how it works out.
